- Exterior - The hotel was built in 1982 and is a 3 anex building, very large modern building.
- General - This hotel is ideal for students.
- Lobby - The main lobby areas are very large and always very busy and crowded and the public areas are rather out-dated.
- Location - Lloret is situated in the southern part of Costa Bava, a particularly well favoured sea resort. This hotel is located in the heart of Lloret De Mar. It is within walking distance of the Centre and the main tourist attractions.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - Most of the rooms are moderately sized offering basic furnishings and amenities. Some rooms are modern and decor but the vast majority, although clean, are still is need of refurbishment.
