- Lobby - The hotel has a comfortable, medium sized lobby and reception which is well decorated with marbled floors and a reception desk, together with modern furnishings, all leather settees and fine oil paintings carefully displayed on the wall.
- Location - This hotel is located in the centre of Cuenca city and close to the shopping areas. This city is of great beauty and very well looked after with its famous Hanging Houses.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers traditional A la carte menu and International cuisine. It is located on the ground floor.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel are large and modern with comfortable beds, tastefully decorated kept in good condition along with the bathrooms.
