- Location - It is located in the centre of the city, 20 metres from the town hall, only 100 metres from the Explanada de Espana promenade and 200 metres from Postiguet beach and a short distance from Santa Barbara castle. It is also 11 kilometres from the airport and the nearest golf course.
- Restaurant - It is well decorated and offers an extensive buffet breakfast.
- Rooms - Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, all with full bathroom. All the rooms are air conditioned and have direct dial telephone and colour television.
