- Exterior - It is a modern three storey white building in a peaceful street.The main entrance is equipped with disabled facilities and through the glass doors we see the front reception desk.

- Lobby - Welcoming long,small hall with marble floors and walls complemented by a furnished waiting area.
- Location - In the centre of the monumental and shopping area of the city.Whithin the limits of the area considered to be human patrimony.Very close to the mosque and juderia and within walking distance to the most important monuments as well as train and bus stations.
- Restaurant - Elegant and ample restaurant furnished with round tables and decorated with wall mirrors giving a distinctive look together with its marble floors.
- Rooms - More than 100 rooms are provided.93 twins and doubles and 12 singles. Medium sized bedrooms with main facilities available.Safe and full bathroom. The decoration is different depending on the rooms but always of a conventional pattern.
