- Exterior - This parador was built in 1929 and represents the prototype of the traditional parador by the motorway.

- Lobby - It is modern and functional.
- Location - The hotel is installed in a modern building and situated in the heart of La Mancha. The town of Manzanares itself lies on the Castillian plateau and villages in the raea evoke Cervantes from every angle.
- Restaurant - Typical dishes of the region are "Pisto Manchego" (a mixed vegetable dish), las Migas de Pastor, el Mojete and los Galianos. The good quality wines are mild. El Queso Manchego (Cheese from La Mancha) is famous worldwide and also well known are las Berenjenas de Almagro (Aubergines from Almagro).
- Rooms - All of the rooms have been sound proofed, with modern decor and a view to the gardens.
