- Lobby - The hotel entrance is not very large but well appointed and the hall is also well decorated.
- Location - This hotel is located in a residential area within easy reach of the city centre. By taxi it takes approximately 20 minutes and there are also bus stop and underground five minutes walking from the hotel.It is also close to the well known shopping mall El Corte Ingles and the university area.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant in the hotel where to try diferent and tasteful dishes.
- Rooms - This is not a big hotel it counts with 30 rooms all fully equipped with colour TV, videogames, mini-bar, air conditioning, piped music.
