- Exterior - This modern building has a large reception that is completely decorated with a soft pink marbled floor, modern all black leather sofas and armchairs, palm trees and tropical plants.
- General - The hotel is an excellent property so one should not be put off by its three star rating. 16 december 92

- Location - This hotel is situated on Valencia street which is in the middle of the commercial and business area of the city and is close to the trade exhibition centre. It is also strategically situated with direct access to the airport. The nearest metro station is Hospital Clinic.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant and a cocktail bar. The restaurant specialises in basque-navaresse and international cuisine. One can also enjoy a splendid buffet breakfast that includes a variety of pastries, fine cakes, juices and sweets.
- Rooms - All rooms are fairly large providing a comfortable stay. All marble bathrooms are complete with bathtub and shower.
