• Exterior - The outer facade of this palace is made of carved stone with medieval themes and coats of arms located within the building walls, showing the importance it once represented.
• General - Coaches can only get as far as the final point of the city walls to let guests off and not to the hotel entrance itself. This means that luggage has to be taken by a van to the hotel and guests have to walk for approximately 5 minutes.04/01MP
• Lobby - Lobby and reception area are medium in size and incredibly furnished just as it was in former times with magnificent ornaments, sword and corrugated iron lamp fittings made originally to hold candles.
• Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the medieval and feudal Avila. It is a palace in its own right, offering all the comforts of today's modern hotels. Its ideal situation opposite the old cathedral, makes this hotel the most convenient accommodation for clients wishing to stay central.
• Restaurant - The restaurant is another great feature of this hotel. There are some items on display like the old ovens where lamb is normally roasted and large copper containers where brandy used to be detailed. The menu includes traditional Castillian and international cuisine.
