- Lobby - The lobby is large and well decorated and the reception is small. The furniture reflects all the history and tradition of Oviedo in those times. It is all in a good shape.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and within walking distance of the cathedral. This hotel has been totally renovated after a few centuries. This hotel is well known in Oviedo as it was one of the pioneer hotels.
