- Lobby - The lobby area is medium sized and tastefully decorated. It has plain features but reveals an elegant touch.
- Location - The hotel is located right in the centre of the financial and historic area of the city. It is close to the Plaza Mayor and Town Hall. It is just 10 minutes from the fair site and has easy access to the main roads and Ave Train Station.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant available where guests can enjoy traditional and international cuisine.
- Rooms - This hotel offers functional and modern rooms, which come fully equipped with heating/air conditioning, full bathroom, hairdryer, colour television, satellite channels, mini bar and safe deposit box. There are 70 rooms and 3 suites, all of which are beautifully decorated.
