- General - There is laundry service available, as well as a sauna. There is a private car park on the first floor of the hotel and there are also function rooms.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and tastefully decorated with modern furniture.
- Location - This hotel is located in one of the most important industrial areas of Elche called "Carrus". Very well connected to the city centre which is 15 minutes away, the hotel is also close to the University Miguel Hernandez and within easy access to the airport by motorway A-7 Alicante-Murcia.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated in a multi-functional room, which is used as the breakfast room in the morning and restaurant at night. There are specific times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Rooms - There are 63 rooms available. They are divided into different categories and there are also non-smoking rooms. No room service is available. The rooms are modern and functional to a high standard. The bathroom is also fully equipped.
