- Exterior - The building is a modern block with an attractive covered entrance hall.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is spacious with a welcoming reception area. Corridors and lift areas are dark and could do with modernisation.
- Location - The Don Pancho is a famous and beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city adjacent to the main promenade and very close to shopping areas.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is large and is located on the first floor. 01/06/96
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. The rooms are all very tastefully decorated with fresh colours and along with the bathrooms they are furnished with all the equipment that a guest may need.
