- Exterior - - built in the design of a ships funnel, it is very modern in design. .
- General -
- Lobby - - very modern in design with mosaic & tiled flooring . It has very high ceilings & is dominated by large columns. In the middle of the circular lounge is a seating area & there are also a variety of shops from hairdressers to cloths shops and jewellers. .
- Location - - situated immediately next to the indaba fair centre, a very short drive to the waterfront area & roughly 18km from the airport to which the hotel does, on request, a shuttle bus service. .
- Restaurant - - hotels boasts a variety of bars and has a large room where the restaurant is split into various sections serving differing cuisines from int'l to South African to meditteranean. 27 may 1999.
- Rooms - - all the rooms are large & in excellent condition as are the bathrooms. They are modern throughtout in keeping with the rest of the hotel & have light wood furniture & light colours are used throughout. .
