Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A traditional structure with architecture typical of that area of capetown.
- General - A good superior tourist hotel with all the basic requirements expected with a hotel of this standard. 05/02 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size and incorporates a small seating area. It is furnished in light wood and uses light colours throughout giving a light/bright effect. It also leads directly into an English style lounge/bar area furnished with dark wood furnishings traditionally found in English pubs.
- Location - Situated in a small tranquil square in the city centre close to all historic monuments and in walking distance of a shopping and office area. There is a public shuttle bus which goes from almost directly outside the hotel to the popular V & A Waterfront.
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor serving international cuisine. It is very bright with cream colours used throughout.
- Rooms - Sixety per cent of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being large. All are in good condition with bathrooms also in good condition. The rooms are decorated in light colours with modern furnishings, carpeted floors and white washed walls.
