- Exterior - A modern structure mixed in with the surrounding office blocks.
- General - 0500/pg
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size & modern in both design and decor. With a polished wood effect throughout. Also incorporates as small seating area & three vending machines.
- Location - Situated in the city centre in a busy area full of shops and offices. The V & A waterfront area is a few minutes drive away.
- Restaurant - Situated in the lower ground floor the same room serve both b/fst & dinner. It is very modern with tiled flooring, marble tables and dark wood chairs serving int'l cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are large with dark polished wood furniture & dark coloured matching carpets and bedspreads. The rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
