Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A large modern tower block.
- General - A very good hotel for its category suitable for all sorts of travellers whether on business or pleasure. 0500/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern in decor.
- Location - Situated just a short ride from the very centre of Capetown and the V&A Waterfront for which Capetown is famed in an area called Seapoint. Most floors have views over the sea.
- Restaurant - Situated on the twenty-first and highest floor of the building the hotel boasts a rotating restaurant giving views over the whole of Capetown. An international menu is served.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size. Roughly half the rooms were refurbished in 1998 and are in good to very good condition whilst the remainder are a little tired and in need of renovation and are in fair to good condition. They are all modern in decor and most have views overlooking the sea and the surrounding city of Capetown.
