- Exterior - A purpose built modern construction.
- General - A very good property for its category with a convenient postion and first class facilities throughout.05/02PG
- Lobby - The hotel has a large lobby with marble flooring. The reception is on the right hand side and the hotel bar is at the back of the lobby.
- Location - Positioned just outside the entrance of the popular Victoria and Alfred Waterfront shopping and restaurant complex. It is conveniently located both for tourists and business travellers being situated a short distance from all tourist attractions of the town and close to the business centre. The hotel has its own shuttle service to the V and A Waterfront.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a seperate breakfast room and restaurant both situated on the ground floor.
- Rooms - All the rooms are modern in decor with light wood furnishings and light colours. All are medium in size and in good condition with all the services expected from a first class hotel. The bathrooms are also in good condition and have a seperate bath and shower.
