Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A large purpose built modern structure.
- General - An excellent hotel for its category with an ideal position for both the business and leisure traveller and close to all areas of interests in the town.05/02 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and modern in decor. It has mainly tiled flooring and a light wood reception area with plenty of local flora scattered around for decor. It also incorporates a small seating area.
- Location - Situated within walking distance of the Mother City's CBD and just minutes away from the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
- Restaurant - There is a seperate breakfast room and restaurant. The restaurant is called Famous Butchers Grill and serves local and international dishes based strongly on meats. The breakfast room is situated on the fifth floor and has been totally modernized and has dark wood furnishings and blue carpeted floors matching the painted blue ceilings.
- Rooms - All rooms are medium to large in size and modern in decor. Colour schemes vary with the majority of rooms decorated in light and bright colours and others in darker colours. Some rooms also offer views looking up to the famous Table Mountain and all have a kitchenette area. All the rooms and the bathrooms are in good to very good condition.
