- Exterior - A small modern high rise building.
- General - More suited to the budget minded or student traveller with low expectations. Nov98
- Lobby - The lobby is small, with limited seating available.
- Location - Situated 10minutes walk away from the bottom of Orchard road, in the city hall area.
- Restaurant - There is only 1 food outlet which serves meals throughout the day, there is an a la carte menu serving both asian and western fare.
- Rooms - The rooms are in good condition although they are very small with limited amenities available.
