- Exterior - The hotel is made up of a series of two storey restored shophouses. Some of which date back to before WWII. However, the interior is throughly modern.
- General - The hotel is part of the Hotel 81 chain operating 9 ecomonical and no frill properties in Singapore. These are decent and clean hotels in a more local part of town.AC02/01
- Lobby - The lobby is small with no frills.
- Location - Located in the old residential district of Katong, the area is famous for it old world charm and famous Peranakan cuisine. It is also a 10 minute drive to the beaches and parks in the East Coast.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - Rooms are relatively small as this is a no frills hotel. However, it is ISO 9002 certified and thus quality and cleanliness is assured. The attached bathrooms are quipped with standing shower.
