- Exterior - This is a circular, modern building in a metalic-silver colour. This is a landmark in Singpapore and one of the tallest hotels in Asia. .
- General - The hotel enjoys an excellent location with ready access to trains as well as a self sufficient shopping mall and interesting surroundings full of museums and colonial heritage. AC 07/01
- Lobby -
- Location - The hotel is located within the Raffles city complex which consists of a large shopping centre, an office tower and 2 hotels. Right below the complex is the City Hall train station which offers excellent connections to all areas of Singapore. Within walking distance are many of Singapore's colonial heritage buildings including the National Museum and Arts Museum.
- Restaurant - There is a total of 10 restaurants and lounges that offer a variety of dining, including Japanese, Italian, Chinese and fine continental cuisine. Casual meals can be taken at one of the hotel's cafes.
- Rooms - All rooms are encircling the central lift lobby and are large in size. Wood panels together with the contemporary furniture blend with the oriental painting in the room. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the harbour area. Bathrooms are in very good condition with marble walls.
