- Exterior - It is a modern 8-storey building.
- General - The Holiday Inn Parkview is definitely a superb property with the most ideal location. Nov98
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized but looks grand with a large chandelier in the centre of the lobby. The marble pillars and victorian furnishings add to the grandeur.
- Location - The hotel is nestled in the very heart of Singapore's thriving orchard road but yet enjoys a little privacy from the crowd as it is located on a side road off the orchard. The bus-stops and tube station are also within a few mins walk.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a coffee house - 'window on the park' which is quite elegant and it serves extensive local and international buffet as well as a comprehensive a-la-carte menu. There is also a restaurant serving north Indian cuisine.
- Rooms - These are large and very well furnished. There is a 2 seater sofa and the green and yellow coloured furnishings blend well with cherry wood furniture. The bathroom is in equally good condition with light brown coloured marble wall.
