- Exterior - The hotel is traditional in style, but was only built at the beginning of 1996.
- General - A new, modern hotel. (0898/0300ka)
- Lobby - The lobby area is medium in size, with a modern style seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of theatreland, only five minutes walk from George square, central station and Kelvingrove art gallery.
- Restaurant - There is a bar area.
- Rooms - The rooms are all the same in shape and size and are very modern in design. The bathrooms are quite small, and of a very good standard.
