- Exterior - A modern 4 storey building set back from the road in its own grounds.
- General - A very good standard of accommodation within easy reach of the city centre. (ML 01/03)
- Lobby - The lobby is large with plenty of seating in the lounge. Bright and airy.
- Location - This hotel is located 3 miles from the city centre, adjacent to Edinburgh zoo. There is a bus service that stops directly in front of the hotel for the short journey into the city centre
- Restaurant - The hotel offers both oriental style restaurant and a a rotisserie. there is also a coffee shop in the main lounge.
- Rooms - All rooms have been recently renovated and are in excellent condition. The decor is modern with contemporary colours and furnishings. All rooms feature mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, in room movies, free morning newspaper and trouser press.
