Hotel Reports
- Exterior - It is a traditional Georgian terrace building which has been converted into a hotel.
- General - A very popular hotel with an excellent location.(ML 05/02)
- Lobby - The lobby is long and narrow, leading into a small lounge which has two sofas.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the city centre on Fredericks Street just a minutes walk from Princes Street.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant at all. Breakfast is served in a restaurant which is opposite the hotel.
- Rooms - The rooms all vary in size and are decorated in a very traditional style. The bathrooms are light and modern. The rooms are in a good condition and a few on the higher floors have a view to the Firth of Forth.
