- Exterior - Traditional stonework situated on a corner, above shops.
- General - (0900 DM)
- Lobby - Very small in size and in fair condition decorated in 70's style with a small bar area. The sitting room area is in dark material covering with glass tables.
- Location - In the heart of the city, 200 metres off Marques De Pombal Square and served by Saldanha underground station and numerous bus routes.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is small, and serves breakfast only.
- Rooms - The rooms are in need of renovation, the rooms have patterned wallpaper covering, bright coloured carpeting and are extremely basic.
