- Exterior - A large u shaped cream concrete building with its own front approach for parking. Looking out to sea and encompassed in the u shape are the gardens, terraces and large swimming pool. Other facilities within the property are an indoor swimming pool, health club, gymnasium and games room.
- General - Facilities include: an outdoor pool, health club with indoor pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath and gymnasium.Mini club for children 4-12 years old also available.
- Lobby - Is medium in size and theme decoration of the hotel is nautical - depicting its name.
- Location - Is situated on the outskirts of the fishing village of Armacao De Pera and in front of an excellent beach. The city centre is approx 200 metres and close by - approx 1km is Albufeira noted for its nightlife.
- Restaurant - This is a large room on ground floor level with doors opening onto the poolside patio. Decor is casual with deck chairs as dining chairs. A light spacious room offering a la carte and buffet menus.
- Rooms - Are medium and in good condition - sea-facing rooms having their own balconies. The decor is simple in blue striped coverings.
