- Exterior - A very small building next to the beach.
- General - The resort is a paradise for sports lovers. Apart from the magnificent temperature controlled swimming pool and kids pool with play ground, there's a fully equipped gymnasium with sauna and massage parlour.It is a secluded and relaxed property, without the hustle and bustle of a large hotel. - Lobby - There is no lobby as such as there are only a small number of villas in total; this is as such not a typical hotel, but a secluded beach resort.
- Location - The resort is coveniently located in Shatti Al Qurum directly on one of Muscat's most beautiful beaches within an exclusive residential area, close to the diplomatic area. It has direct access to the beach from its garden. The airport is approximately a 15-20 minutes drive away.
- Restaurant - There's a restaurant serving Far Eastern cuisine, famous for its Sushi nights and Teppanyaki. The lounge bar features live entertainment.
- Rooms - All of the medium sized rooms are tastefully appointed and in very good condition. The majority of the rooms have balconies with spectacular sea views.
