• Exterior - This 4-storey, modern, white building is surrounded by a garden. There is an outdoor pool to the rear of the hotel.It is a modern building.
• General - Other facilities include a fully equipped health club, sauna, tennis courts, squash courts, table tennis, a football field, a 6 lane computerised bowling alley and access to a private beach. (a short drive). The main selling point of this property is that it is the only property nearby to the international airport. It is a pleasant hotel in quiet surroundings away from the main road and noise of the airport. (BL 01/2003)
• Lobby - To the left of the large lobby is the reception and, to the right, a coffee shop.The lobby is extremely modern and very well appointed.
• Location - Situated 2 kilometres away from Seeb International Airport and adjacent to the Oman International Exhibition Centre, this hotel is only a 15 minutes drive from most of Muscat's main places of interest, business district and the beach.
• Restaurant - The coffee shop in the lobby is open 24 hours and serves a variety of French and international cuisine. There is a roof-top restaurant with traditional Omani cuisine and panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further there is a poolside snackbar and a bar with Arabian live entertainment.
