- General - This is a pleasant property with a good location, offering good value for money. (BL 01/2003)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized with marble flooring and the reception is in the middle.
- Location - This hotel is located in the Ghala District of the capital of Oman, Muscat.Conveniently located between the city and the airport, 2 kilometres from the Al Azaiba roundabout and the main highway connecting Muscat to the airport. The hotel is only 1 kilometre from the Royal Hospital and Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
- Restaurant - The restaurant in the hotel serves meals and snacks throughout the day.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are all equipped with direct dial telephones with voice mail, satellite television channels, hairdryer, mini-fridge, alarm clock with radio and air-conditioning. All rooms are in good condition, although they cannot be described as luxurious.
