- Exterior - It is a modern building.
- General - The hotel is well maintained and has a good location. (BL 01/02)
- Lobby - The entrance and lobby area is small, but nicely decorated with marble floors and luxurious leather chairs.
- Location - The hotel is located in downtown Oslo, close to central station and opposite the spectrum conference centre.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast.
- Rooms - The rooms are in good condition, although are only small to medium in size. The bathrooms are also in good condition but are also small in size.
