- Exterior - It is a modern property built in an atrium style.
- General - Cecil is a very nice hotel in good location but As mentioned previously care must be taken when booking As only combi rooms are available. 05 aug 98
- Lobby - The lobby area is modern and tastefully decorated however it is quite small making the hotel more suited to fit business rather than group traffic.
- Location - Cecil hotel is locatedin downtown Oslo within easy reach of all the attractions and shopping available in the heart of Oslo.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is in the atrium and it is quite spacious. It serves breakfast only.
- Rooms - The hotel has only 10 real twin rooms, there are 100 combi style rooms inthe hotel (a combi room has one permanent bed and the other is a sofa bed which folds out) so care must be taken when booking the hotel. All rooms are small, tastefully furnished in modern pastel colours and are attractive As well As functional. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition
