- Exterior - It is a modern, purpose-built hotel and slight Alterations have added charm to the entrance area.
- General - It is a good quality hotel in a quiet area, with access to All the main attractions. (0898/0400ka)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, Although the adjoining bar and seating area makes it appear larger than it is. The furnishings are modern.
- Location - The hotel is situated in a residential area, but is still within walking distance of the royal palace, shops and restaurants.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a choice of three restaurants; harmony which is the lobby bar that serves light refreshments, symphony which serves international and Norwegian cuisine and rhapsody, the main restaurant where breakfast is served.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and modern, with wood furniture, a bright colour scheme and full facilities. They are in good condition, As are the bathrooms.
