- Exterior - It is a purpose-built hotel, that gives the impression of a private block of flats and is well maintained.
- General - The hotel offers all the services expected from a good hotel, and in addition the rooms are larger than in hotels of comparable standard. (02/01EA)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and the adjoining seating area makes it appear more spacious. It is decorated in dark wood and bright colours.
- Location - The hotel is located in the City centre, next to the royal palace and within walking distance of the main shopping area, restaurants and theatres.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor and serves breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is mainly Norwegian dishes.
- Rooms - There are two types of rooms; the standard rooms which are small in size and in good condition. The second type of rooms are very large and spacious and have a kitchenette and living area. They are furnished in modern, bright colours. The bathrooms are in good condition.
