- General - The hotel is comfortable and practical and in a fine location. (02/01EA)
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby has a marble floor and ample seating areas and the decor and furnishings are modern and scandanavian in style.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, just metres from central station and three blocks from Oslo's main boulevard, karl johansgate.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and only serves breakfast. It is comfortably furnished, with an attractive glass roof, built in an atrium style.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, but are generally medium and kept in good condition, as are the bathrooms.
