- Exterior - The hotel consists of 3 buildings, the main building houses the reception, restaurant and about 70% of the rooms. There are 2 other more traditional buildings located across the street.
- General - The Lindstrom is a family run hotel where service levels are Always maintained to a high standard. Facilities are simple yet comfortable. 05 aug 98
- Lobby - The lobby is large and simple in decor with adequate seating and has a very popular gift shop.
- Location - The Lindstrom hotel is located in the centre of Laerdal village, 500 metres from the ferry port.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the main building. It is simple and clean.
- Rooms - The rooms of the linstrom hotel are medium in size and kept in good condition. They are scandinavian in style, simple and comfortable. Rooms in the other 2 wings are of a similar standard but are more traditional in style.
