- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Kristiansand.
- Restaurant - The restaurant and the bar is located in a roofed courtyard. This place is much liked by the local people in the city. The restaurant serves international dishes and is open all day.
- Rooms - The rooms are very different from each other, they are extremely nicely furnished, all of them in an very elegant style. The rooms are large and in very good condition.
