- Exterior - The hotel is a modern purpose built property built in an industrial style-not very appealing.
- General - The Grand Nordic is well located and a comfortable hotel, the rooms arethe most impressive feature. 05 aug 98
- Lobby -
- Location - The Grand Nordic lies in the centre of Harstad near the harbour area.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the first floor. Colours look at little dark and unimpressive.
- Rooms - The rooms are of medium size and in good condition. All were refurbished in 1992.
