- Exterior - The hotel is modern but is designed to fit in with the old buildings in this area.
- General - The combination of a good location, excellent service and the overall high standard makes it one of the best hotels in Bergen. It is the most popular hotel in Bergen due to it's great location and charming facade. 05 aug 98
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and is decorated in typical Norwegian style with lots of wood and marble.
- Location - The Radisson Sas Royal hotel is located in the old part of Bergen (bryggen) overlooking the harbour and is in walking distance to the fishmarket.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants on the ground floor providing Alot of space, the food varies from local dishes to international food.
- Rooms - The rooms of the radisson sas are medium in size and are kept in very good condition. The bathrooms are in good condition. Rooms are decorated in pastel colours, beige and blue with All modern facilities.
