- Exterior - This is a modern building which fits into its surroundings.
- General - This hotel is the best in Bergen. Its location, the ambiance, plenty of space, several bars and bibliothek are all excellent. 05 aug 98
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with a marble floor and leather furnishing. An atrium is the heart of the hotel.
- Location - The hotel is located in the city centre surrounded by shops and next to a park. It is within walking distance to the harbour, fishmarket and railway station.
- Restaurant - The hotel has 2 restaurants, one on the first floor serving international food, the other on the ground floor which serves light meals.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and are kept in very good condition. All rooms have modern facilities and are decorated in pastel colours.
