- General - The hotel is in an excellent location and it is in experience to sit in the lobby, bar and restaurant just to see the hotel's art collection or to look around. 11/08/98
- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size and has undergone complete renovation in the last 15 moths. The hotel houses a large art collection which is displayed in Allpublic areas.
- Location - The hotel Neptun is located in the centre of Bergen situated amidst shops and is a short walk from the railway station.
- Restaurant - The hotel Neptun has 2 restaurants, French and international, on the ground floor and the lower basement.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are in very good condition. They are modern and decorated in strong, Norwegian colours.
