- Exterior - The hotel has a modern exterior. A new glass facade was added in 1999.
- General - With its proximity to the stunning views of the Stormont Parliament and improved facilities, this is a very good 4-star property ideal for groups from any market. (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - Since the new front of the hotel has been added, the hotel now has a very impressive, large and modern lobby.
- Location - Hotel is situated 4 miles from Belfast city centre and 2 miles from Belfast City Airport in a quiet residential area overlooking the landscaped grounds of Stormont Castle.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a split level restaurant which is popular with guests for morning coffees to light snacks. The hotel also has a more formal restaurant. Both restaurants were renovated in 1999.
- Rooms - The 106 rooms are decorated with brown and beige fabrics. All have en suite bathrooms and full facilties. The hotel also has 8 modern self catering suites. Each comprises a bedroom, kitchen, dinette and lounge with a convertible divan. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a daily cleaning service and all rooms have full facilities.
