- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, low-rise building, situated in 14 acres of gardens surrounded by grass and trees on the outskirts of the city centre.
- General - The hotel has an attractive lounge and bar and leisure facilities that include a mini-gym and squash court.(02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The lobby area is quite large and very light with a pale wood interior. There is a reception desk and a few seats. There is plenty of space for groups and their luggage.
- Location - The hotel has its own grounds and is situated 10 miles away from Belfast Airport. The hotel is convenient to the city centre and within easy driving distance of the many sight-seeing attractions of Northern Ireland.
- Restaurant - The Restaurant on the ground floor seats 86 and caters for anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner. There is a wide variety of dishes on offer including Irish specialities.
- Rooms - The hotel has 170 ensuite bedrooms with mini-bar, remote control television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are in excellent condition and are decorated in light oak furniture with pastel coloured carpets and furniture. The rooms are, on average, medium in size.
