- Exterior - This is a modern, tall building with an impressive restaurant on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel. It is well lit up in the evenings and has an attractive paved area around the front with gardens and seats.
- General - The Holiday Inn Garden Court is a reasonably comfortable hotel, in a very good location, and is well furnished and decorated. *** the hotel is now a travel lodge and will not work with agencies ***
- Lobby - The lobby is small with wooden panelling decor. Seats are available but not large enough for more than 30 pax at a time.
- Location - The Holiday Inn Garden Court is situated in the heart of Belfast, very near to the main shopping area and the city hall. The airport, ferry terminal and train station are all within close proximity to the hotel.
- Restaurant - This is situated on the first floor with magnificent views of the city. It has very large windows, the tables are close together.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel vary in size, 90% are medium and 10% are small. Rooms and Bathrooms are kept in good condition. Some single rooms are very small but fairly well situated. The interior is the same in all rooms with light woods and pastel patterns. The deluxe executive rooms are very large and impressive.
