- Location - This hotel is located at the top of Willis St, in the city centre. Down the street are main businesses, theatre, entertainment and shopping. It is 20 minutes from Wellington airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant and bar.
- Rooms - The rooms are small but in good condition, as are the bathrooms.
