- General - A good property in a very handy location. Renovated in 2001 to upgrade hotel to an international Inter-continental standard. VU0102.
- Lobby - Medium size lobby, stylishly furnished, upgraded in 2001.
- Location - In the heart of central business district, opposite Queens Wharf Events Centre.
- Restaurant - Restaurants for casual dining, serving Tex-Mex food, and snacks.
- Rooms - Modern rooms of medium size, in good condition, with all modern facilities including bathrobe. Rooms renovated in 2001.
