- General - Comfortable accommodation, for those who don't mind staying a little out of the city. Outdoor swimming pool, 3 spa pools add to the comfort. Harbour cruises and golf near by. VU 1100.

- Location - In Parnell, 10 minutes drive from city centre overlooking the spectacular Parnell Rose Gardens.2 minute drive to the nearest beach,, 2 minutes to Parnel Village.5 minutes by car to the centre of Auckland.
- Restaurant - Garden View Brasserie and Cocktail bar on first floor, overlooking Rose Gardens.
- Rooms - Rooms are quite large, with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, minibar, tea/coffee makers, Sky TV.
