- Exterior - A 15 storey tower, orginally built as an office building.
- General - Good quality tourist class property in a great location, value for money. VU1200
- Lobby - Simple but functional lobby.
- Location - Right in the centre of Auckland, off the main shopping street -Queen St, Sky City casino & tower just around the corner. 5-minute walk to the harbour.
- Restaurant - Small coffee shop located on the Mezanine floor, open limited hours. Also have chargeback arrangements with restuarant next door.
- Rooms - Good size rooms, featuring bright colours. All rooms have kitchenettes with microwave, tea/coffee makers, fridge. Bathrooms with hair dryers.
