- Exterior - 70's style rectangular tower.
- General - Reasonable standard old hotel.Good location in the centre of Auckland.VU1200.
- Lobby - Medium sized lobby with some seating.
- Location - Situated on pictureque Waitemata Harbour, right in the heart of Auckalnd's shopping and business district.
- Restaurant - Vertigo - rooftop restaurant, with fantastic views of Auckland and the Waitemata Harbour. Restaurant includes a bar area and has full length windows.
- Rooms - Large rooms of good quality, with a simple decor & all standard facilities.Rooms look out onto the city, and some have harbour views (higher rate).
