- Location - Located a few minute walk to Auckland's shopping, entertainment and business centre.
- Restaurant - Restaurant serves predominantly Mediterreanean cusine.
- Rooms - Pleasant rooms, of medium size, very well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms are also in a good condition.
